Dr. Billah earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed both his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. He also served as Chief Resident in both programs, reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence and leadership in training.
